You have to set the environment variable TEMP to point at
some drive media that is writable (even the floppy as a last
resort). A Novell Netware administrator should be able to
help you get the environment variable setup.

TEMP should always point to some sort of writable media for
many applications to run correctly. The floppy is small and
slow but it will work. A RAM Drive could also work if you have
memory to spare. You can also point it to a writable drive
on the network (but should be associated with a user or
a machine to avoid conflicts).

Do these machine have no local hard drive?
