LOGO-L> Clocks and the TIME primitive

I'd love to try out the clock procedures and translated ok until I hit the
time primitive. We have no TIME primitive in either of the logo versions
that we use - LogoWriter2.0 - MicroWorlds2.0.
Is this hidden or simply unavailable in these versions?
