Re: LOGO-L> MSWLogo - text in graphics area

An other way to write in the graphic screen is to create a static area with staticcreate.

staticcreate " "st1[HELLO] -100 100 100 30

; This writes Hello at position -100 100 as upper left ; corner in a box with 100 as width (third number) and
; 30 as height

; It is very easy the to change the text in the box ; ; width

staticupdate "st1 [Bye Bye ]

; To display results, use :

make "x 50

staticupdate "st1 (se [X =] :x)

; or

staticupdate "st1 ( se 3 "+ 4 "= 3 + 4 )

label is standard in ucblogo and mswlogo

but

staticcreate and staticupdate work only in MSWLOGO.
